TERMS OF SERVICE

1. ABOUT ANGHARAD RYDER

Angharad Ryder is an independent fashion house based in the UK.

These Terms of Service apply to purchases made through the Angharad Ryder website.

By placing an order, you agree to these terms.

2. PRODUCTS

We make and produce our products in small quantities and, where stated, to order.

We take care to represent colours, materials and details as accurately as possible. However, colours may appear slightly different depending on your device or screen.

As our products are made by hand or in small-scale production, minor variations may occur. These are part of the character of individually produced pieces and do not affect the quality or intended use of the product.

3. PRE-ORDERS

Products identified as pre-orders are produced after the pre-order period has closed.

The estimated production and dispatch timeframe will be stated on the relevant product page before you place your order.

By placing a pre-order, you acknowledge that the item will not be dispatched immediately.

If we are unable to fulfil your order within the stated timeframe, we will contact you with an updated timeframe and, where applicable, information about your cancellation and refund rights.

4. PRICES

All prices are displayed in GBP (£).

The price payable is the price shown at the time your order is placed, together with any applicable delivery charges.

We reserve the right to change prices before an order is placed. Changes to prices will not affect orders that have already been accepted.

5. ORDERS

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase the product.

After placing your order, you will receive an order confirmation by email. This confirms that we have received your order but does not necessarily mean that the order has been accepted.

Your order is accepted when we confirm that it has been dispatched, unless we notify you otherwise.

We reserve the right to cancel an order where a product is unavailable, there is an obvious pricing or listing error, or we are unable to fulfil the order for another legitimate reason. If we cancel an order after payment has been taken, you will receive a full refund.

6. PAYMENT

Payment must be made at the time of purchase through the payment methods available at checkout.

We do not store your full payment card details.

7. DELIVERY

Delivery costs and estimated delivery times are displayed at checkout and are also detailed in our Shipping Policy.

For pre-order products, the production period begins after the pre-order window closes.

Please ensure that your delivery address is correct when placing your order.

8. RETURNS AND CANCELLATIONS

Our Returns & Refunds Policy explains how to cancel an order and return a product.

Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer.

For online purchases, you generally have a 14-day period after receiving your goods in which to cancel your purchase without giving a reason, subject to applicable legal exceptions.

If a product is faulty, damaged or not as described, you retain your statutory consumer rights.

9. PRODUCT CARE

Care instructions provided with your product or on the product page should be followed to help maintain the condition of the item.

We are not responsible for damage caused by failure to follow the stated care instructions.

This does not affect your statutory rights where a product is faulty or does not meet the requirements of consumer law.

10. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content on this website, including photography, artwork, graphics, designs, text, logos and brand identity, belongs to Angharad Ryder or is used with permission.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify or commercially use our content without prior written permission.

11. WEBSITE USE

You agree to use this website lawfully and not to misuse, disrupt or attempt to gain unauthorised access to the website or its systems.

We may update website content, product information or availability from time to time.

12. OUR RESPONSIBILITY

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits any responsibility that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

Our products will be provided in accordance with your statutory consumer rights, including requirements that goods are as described, of satisfactory quality and fit for purpose.

13. PRIVACY

Personal information provided when placing an order is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

14. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time.
