Return policy
We want you to be happy with your Angharad Ryder purchase. If you change your mind, you can request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.
Change of Mind
To request a return, please contact us at studio@angharadryder.com within 14 days of receiving your order. You will then have a further 14 days to return the item.
Items must be returned unused and in their original condition, with any original packaging and labels intact. We reserve the right to reduce a refund where an item has been handled beyond what is reasonably necessary to inspect it.
Return postage for change-of-mind returns is the responsibility of the customer.
Once your return has been received and checked, your refund will be issued within 14 days. Refunds will be made to the original payment method and will include the cost of standard delivery paid at the time of purchase.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives faulty, damaged or incorrect, please contact us at studio@angharadryder.com as soon as possible with your order number and photographs of the issue.
We will arrange an appropriate remedy in accordance with your statutory consumer rights. This may include a repair, replacement or refund.
We will cover reasonable return postage costs where an item is faulty or we have sent you the wrong item.
Made To Order
Our products are produced to order rather than held as ready-made stock. This does not affect your statutory consumer rights.
Exchanges
We do not currently offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different colourway, please return your original order and place a new order.

Shipping
UK Delivery
All Angharad Ryder orders are shipped from the UK.
THE BANDANA is produced to order. Orders placed during the pre-order period will be produced once pre-orders have closed.
UK standard delivery is £3.99 per order.
Orders are sent via Royal Mail 2nd Class. Delivery is usually within 2–3 working days after dispatch, although this is an estimated delivery time and may occasionally take longer.
You will receive an email when your order has been dispatched.
PRE-ORDERS
THE BANDANA is available to pre-order for a limited period.
Once pre-orders close, your bandana will be produced, finished and prepared for dispatch. Please allow approximately 2 weeks from the close of the pre-order period for your order to be dispatched.
Your estimated dispatch date will be stated on the product page at the time of purchase.
Delivery Address
Please ensure your delivery address is correct when placing your order. Angharad Ryder cannot be responsible for orders sent to an incorrect address provided at checkout.
If you realise that you have entered an incorrect address, please contact us as soon as possible at studio@angharadryder.com. We will do our best to help before your order is dispatched.
Lost or Delayed Orders
If your order has not arrived within a reasonable period after the expected delivery date, please contact us at studio@angharadryder.com with your order number.
We will investigate the delivery and advise you on the next steps.
International Delivery
International shipping is not currently available.
We hope to offer international delivery in the future.
